These terms govern your use of SearchMesh, operated by Sheet Vue Technologies Company Limited (CÔNG TY TNHH SHEET VUE TECHNOLOGIES, tax code 0317572380), Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. By creating an account or using the API you agree to them.
The service
SearchMesh is an MCP (Model Context Protocol) API that searches the web across a mesh of independent search engines and can fetch page content on request. It is provided on a metered basis by plan (see pricing). SearchMesh is an early-stage service operated by a small team — we don't guarantee a specific uptime or SLA at this time, though we work to keep it reliable.
Your account
- You must provide an accurate email address and keep your password and API key confidential.
- You're responsible for all activity under your API key. Regenerate it from the dashboard immediately if you suspect it's been exposed.
- One account per person or organization, unless we've agreed otherwise with you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for anything illegal, or to violate the rights of others.
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or authentication.
- Resell or sublicense access to your API key without our written permission.
- Use the service to build a directly competing metasearch product without permission.
- Send a volume or pattern of requests intended to overwhelm the service or the underlying search engines rather than answer a genuine query.
Content returned by web_search and read_url originates from
third-party sites and search engines; you're responsible for complying with any
applicable law and those sites' own terms when you use that content.
Plans & billing
The service is currently free while we finish building billing. Once paid plans go live, upgrading, downgrading, and cancellation terms will be posted here and on the pricing page before any charge applies to your account.
Intellectual property
"SearchMesh" and associated branding belong to Sheet Vue Technologies Company Limited. We make no ownership claim over content returned from third-party search engines or pages — that belongs to its original source.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy or completeness of search results. We don't control, and aren't responsible for, the content of third-party sites or search engines the service queries on your behalf.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sheet Vue Technologies Company Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, abuse, or non-payment once billing is live. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time by emailing support@searchmesh.io.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted here, and where practical, emailed to registered users.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
